Personal Training
Every workout is tailored your ability, goals and needs.
No two workouts are the same.
Every six weeks, we do an assessment that includes various exercises and body composition measurements.
Rates
Individual – $50/session
Groups of two or three – $40/person/session
Groups of four - $30/person/session
Payment Schedule
Every two weeks OR a full six weeks at $5 off per session
**Example for an individual training two days per week**
$200 = 4 sessions (Client will sign in at each session to track the number of sessions remaining.)
$540 = 12 sessions (Rate is $45 per session if six weeks is paid in full. Client will sign in at each session to track the number of sessions remaining.)
Personal training requires a minimum six week commitment. This allows enough time for an individual to develop good habits and to begin to see positive results.
Payment reminder emails will be sent out when an individual has two paid personal training sessions remaining.
For scheduling purposes, trainer will ask client about recommitment at week 4.
24 hours notice required for session cancellation. Failure to provide notice will count against a paid session unless discussed with trainer.
