By Any Means Fitness serves three types of clients. First, there are the individuals who simply cannot find the time to make it to the gym or those who cannot get comfortable with the idea of working out in front of large groups of strangers. Owner and Personal Trainer Djuan Means meets these individuals where they are through targeted in- home personal training sessions. Either with a single client, or with a group of friends, Djuan utilizes body weight resistance, plyometrics, and core stability training to push his clients to reach their fitness goals. Second, there are the individuals who need to add high intensity training sessions to their regular workout routines. Djuan, takes these individuals to the limit with twice a week, high intensity boot camp sessions in an outdoor setting. Third, there are the athletes that want to enhance their speed, agility, and power. Through the utilization of various training techniques that target the aforementioned core areas of performance, Djuan prepares these athletes to play at elite
levels on the field.

Djuan Means is serious about making people healthy. It’s his passion. A lifelong athlete, he has personally seen the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and seeks to utilize his skills to help as many people as possible. Djuan graduated from the University of Louisville in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. His is AMFPT certified. His educational background and personal training experiences allow him to formulate unique, cutting edge fitness programs that will help you make the life changes you need to make.
