When it clicks, it clicks. For custom workout client Jason Banks, all the pieces are finally aligned. Seven months ago, Jason decided to put everything together. He was a past personal training client of Djuan’s, but never fully got on board with his 80% — the meal plan. This go around, Djuan created workouts for Jason to do at his gym, and again gave him a meal plan to follow. Jason did the full 100% this time and he’s now 46 pounds lighter. The mirror says even more.




Beyond the mirror, Jason also found an untapped passion. He lives and breathes a fit, healthy lifestyle and is now studying to become a personal trainer.
