Elite Athlete Training
Athletes aged 12 and up are invited to join By Any Means Fitness at our Speed and Agility Camps. Whether you play football or basketball, soccer or track, trainer Djuan Means can help you take it to the next level. Sessions are $20 and last 45 minutes to one hour. We meet at George Rogers Clark Park (just off Poplar Level Road). The workouts are intense, but athletes love the challenge.
