Pumpkin Spice Latte Anyone?

It’s that time of year. Pumpkin spice everything is on the market. Unfortunately for us, there’s a whole lot more than pumpkin spice going on in those products. What it means is that every time you indulge in that pumpkin spice latte, you’re loading up on a whole lot of sugar, additives and calories too. That doesn’t bode so well for those trying to lose weight.

I’m not saying go all season without enjoying your favorite drink of the year. I’m saying be smart about it. You can’t go to your coffee shop of choice for a daily pumpkin spice latte. It just won’t add up if you’re trying to lose weight or stay on track with your healthy lifestyle diet. As with everything, moderation is key. Once you get that concept down, maintaining a healthy lifestyle diet becomes very manageable.

Fall will be here before you know it. Enjoy these last couple of weeks of summer!!
