Personal Training

Every workout is tailored to the ability and needs of each client.

No two workouts are the same.

Every six weeks, we do an assessment that includes various exercises and body composition measurements.

Rates

Individual – $50/session

Groups of two or more – $40/person

Payment Schedule

Every two weeks OR a full six weeks at $5 off per session

**Example for an individual training two days per week**

  1. $200 = 4 sessions (Client will sign in at each session to track the number of sessions remaining.)
  2. $540 = 12 sessions (Rate is $45 per session if six weeks is paid in full. Client will sign in at each session to track the number of sessions remaining.)
  • Personal training requires a minimum six week commitment. This allows enough time for an individual to develop good habits and to begin to see positive results.
  • Payment reminder emails will be sent out when an individual has two paid personal training sessions remaining.
  • For scheduling purposes, trainer will ask client about recommitment at week 4.

Businesses

If you own a business and want to get your employees involved, or just want to get a large group of your co-workers together for some great workouts, please contact me so that we can go over pricing and scheduling.


How it Works

You will receive an in depth body weight resistance, plyometrics, cardio and core strengthening workout that is tailored to your needs and designed to help you strengthen your muscles and lose weight. All you have to do is show up and push yourself to follow our advice.

Many people try to work out alone and fail to see the results they desire. By Any Means Fitness can get you over the hump. Body weight resistance training, core strengthening, plyometrics and cardio can be the keys to changing your body. The most important thing is what you put into it — even when your trainer is not around. Our mantra is 80% Kitchen, 20% Gym.
