45 Day How Fit Can You Get Challenge

On March 20, we’re starting our first Boldly Fit challenge. It’s the 45 Day How Fit Can You Get Challenge. For $100, you’ll have access to 23 workouts to be completed over the course of 45 days, a full 45 day meal plan that includes recipes and the opportunity to win a portion of the $1000 in prizes that are on the line!! The workouts require access to a gym!

We’ve done the ground work, you just have to work the plan. Who knows, you just might one of our winners!

The good news is you can sign up NOW! All plans will be sent via email on Friday, March 17. This will give you plenty of time to take care of your grocery shopping. The email will be sent to the address you use when you sign up via the link below.  The challenge starts MARCH 20.
To be eligible for prizes you must:
  1. Take a front and side view picture on day one of the challenge (March 20). Hold a sign that reads “45 Day How Fit Can You Get Challenge – Day 1 – March 20, 2017. Include your starting weight as well. Post to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Tag @byanymeansfitness, @jordanparkermeans and/or @boldly_fit on Instagram. Tag By Any Means Fitness on Facebook. Tag @byanymeansfit and/or @JordanAleah on Twitter. You can also submit your photos via email to jordan@byanymeansfitness.com.
  2. Take a front and side view picture on day 45 of the challenge (May 3). Hold a sign that reads “45 Day How Fit Can You Get Challenge – Day 45 – May 3, 2017. Include your ending weight as well. Post to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Tag @byanymeansfitness, @jordanparkermeans and/or @boldly_fit on Instagram. Tag By Any Means Fitness on Facebook. Tag @byanymeansfit and/or @JordanAleah on Twitter. You can also submit your photos via email to jordan@byanymeansfitness.com.
  3. By Any Means Fitness trainers will determine the top five finishers and announce the winners by 11:59 p.m. on May 4, 2017. Judging is based on a combination of weight loss AND change to overall body composition.
  4. Winners will be announced on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
  5. Winners will be individually contacted, and checks will be mailed on or before June 4, 2017.
  6. Rules subject to change at discretion of By Any Means Fitness and Boldly Fit.

Clay Hewson said: "I was wanting to know if the meal plans would be different based on size. My girlfriend is 155 and I'm 290. I know we shouldn't eat the same amount of food just didn't know if there would be directions based on size.".

    1. There is no differentiation based on individual size, however portions served for dinners/breakfast can be increased. Lunches and snacks are suitable for one person.
