All In One – Week 12 (Workout 1)

Hey everyone. I hope you had a great weekend. Since you’re back on the website, you know it’s time for another week of byanymeansfitness.com workouts. Go hard this week, and try to get through all of your reps.

There are three rounds of the following exercises.

Curl Press Lunges – 10 on each side

 

 

Squat w/ Alternating Tricep Kickbacks – 10 on each arm

Butterflys – 20

Full Body Crunches – 20

Decline Push Ups – 20
