Time for the midweek Get It In Workout! It’s another interval challenge that will basically keep you moving throughout the entire workout. As you’ll see in the video, I’m using my Gymboss Interval Timer. I hope you’ve had an opportunity to get one for yourself. It will make everything so much easier.
Can you believe we are only a few days away from closing out 2010? I’ve got some big things planned for By Any Means Fitness in 2011, and I’ll be sharing those things with you in the coming weeks. Have you written out your plan for the year? If not, I highly recommend it. Seeing it on paper or on the computer screen makes it more tangible and puts you in a better position to stay focused on what you desire to accomplish.
