All In One – Week 8 (Workout 1)

Hey everyone. How was Christmas? I hope you had a wonderful celebration with all of your loved ones. It’s important to take the time to enjoy being around those we love, so again, I hope you were able to make the most of the holiday.
Thanks for coming back to visit us at byanymeansfitness.com. This workout is another All In One workout. As you know, that means we’re working on double muscle groups. If you’re consistent and do the workouts with proper form, you will see changes to your body. Document your journey. If this is your first day doing the By Any Means workouts, take a picture today and each subsequent Monday. I’m pretty sure you’ll like what you see. I’d love to see some before and after shots.

Clean Press – 20
Side Lunge with Butterfly – 10 on each side
Curls to Overhead Tricep Extensions – 20
Alternative V-Ups – 20 on each side
