All In One – Week 7 (Workout 1)

Welcome back! I apologize for not posting any videos last week. As you’ll see in the video, my partner had some travel difficulties and several flight cancellations due to inclement weather. But, we’re back in business and ready to start back where we left off.

Today is the All In One workout which means we’ll be working multiple muscle groups on every exercise. We’re still in the holiday window, so it’s important to go hard on your workouts just in case you end up eating more than you should. This time next year the holiday season shouldn’t be an issue because if things go as they should, eating right and exercising will become a lifestyle for you.

There are three rounds of the following exercises.

Squat Diagonal Kick Backs – 20

Overhead Shoulder Press w/ Calf Raise – 20

Lunge Curls – 10 on each side

Push Up w/ Renegade Pulls – 20 on each arm

Cross Body Knee Tucks – 20 on each side
