Alright guys, we’re back again with another great workout video. We like to keep them coming at By Any Means Fitness. This workout is an interval time challenge, so you’ll need your Gymboss Interval Timer. Let me know if you have any trouble using your Interval Timer.
You’ll also need a set of dumbbells for this workout. Choose a weight that works for you. These workouts are personal, so tailor the weight to fit your needs.
Make sure you push yourself to finish out all three rounds of the exercises. The Get It In workouts are all about building up your stamina and strength. If you can’t get through the full 30 seconds this week, that’s OK. We’ll keep building you up and eventually get your fitness level to where it needs to be.
